MM3760

MinebeaMitsumi's LED lighting ICs are switch-mode power control ICs that include PFC circuits and are compatible with various dimming methods. MinebeaMitsumi MM3760 is a control IC for LED lighting that supports phase-cut dimming, PWM dimming, and DC dimming. It employs quasi-resonant switching to minimize power loss and noise. The combination of peak current control and variable OFF-time regulation enables a non-linear dimming curve for visually smooth dimming. Furthermore, a dedicated VOUT terminal supplies the holding current required for stable operation of phase-cut dimmers, helping to reduce the number of parts.
